We can undertake to pull together the required resources from within your organisation to plan, size and build your organisation's response to a specific ITT, RFP or other opportunity. Effectively and to time and budget. This is all designed to let your organisation fully understand;- what this new business will actually cost you, (in terms of time, materials, impact on other projects...)
- who will sell, build, delivery and ultimately support your solution. Naturally obvious in most companies, this process allows the various units to fully understand their commitment to securing this new business and allows them to plan and allocate their resources accordingly.

The Outputs
The impact of bidding for a new piece of work can be validated in a formal bid review meeting, where cost, risks and the bid:no-bid decision will be made, by the appropriate authority in the company. If a decision to bid is made, we can additionally assist on the actual preparation of the bid documents to be delivered to your 'new' customer.Some companies find it useful to undertake a bid post mortem, soon after the completion of the process, in order to assess if lessons can be learnt and to improve the overall process.
